Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Catholic Knights Hub (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This is a preliminary draft for Knights of Columbus Council 10965 / St. Leo the Great parish community use. Governing law, legal entity name, and effective date will be confirmed before public launch.

Who we are

Catholic Knights Hub is operated for Council 10965 at St. Leo the Great Church in Omaha, Nebraska. Contact: contact@catholicknightshub.com.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access to member areas, disrupt the Site, scrape content in a way that harms service, or submit false or abusive information through forms.

Member and admin areas are intended only for authorized users. Authentication (including Cognito) may be required once connected.

Content and accuracy

Site content—including news, events, officer listings, partner directory entries, and parish information—is provided for informational and council operations purposes. Placeholder or draft content may appear while the Site is under development.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Confirm important details with the council or parish office when needed.

Partners directory

Business listings on the Partners page are provided to help connect Catholics with Catholic-owned businesses. Listings are not paid advertisements unless we say otherwise. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of every product or service offered by a listed business.

Requesting a listing does not guarantee publication; the council may review, edit, or remove listings.

Donations

Donation flows on this Site may be UI-only or connected to a payment provider depending on configuration. Until payment processing is live, gift submissions may not charge a card or complete a real transaction.

When live payments are enabled: if you make an error or change your mind about a completed gift, contact us at contact@catholicknightshub.com. Refunds, when granted, are returned by the original payment method where possible. To cancel a recurring gift (if offered), notify us so we can stop future charges.

Intellectual property

Site branding, text, and media are owned by the council or used with permission. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish substantial content without permission.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies pages. By using the Site you also acknowledge those policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Council 10965 and operators of Catholic Knights Hub are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
